Our grand opening was everything we hoped for!
Thank you to everyone who showed up to support us and celebrate this milestone. We truly felt the love.
A major highlight was our first LIFT + Unwind class. Raf led kinstretch, Tobey guided meditation, and Dr Angel and Dr Derek provided gentle acupuncture points. The energy was unreal and we cannot wait to offer more.
Huge thanks to our team, Tobey, Faby, and Dr Derek, and to everyone who has lifted us up from day one. We are so grateful to be here doing what we love and building something that supports mind and body.
